Who can drug test

ANY Company that properly prepares itself can drug test their employees.

A drug free workplace is a workplace free of health, safety and productivity hazards caused by employees’ abuse of drugs and/or alcohol. To obtain a drug free workplace each company must develop a drug free workplace program to fit their individual needs.

A complete drug free workplace program should consist of the following:

A drug free workplace policy
Reasonable Suspicion Training
Employee education
Employee assistance program
Drug Testing and Alcohol Screening
